Description of Cordless angle grinder BOSCH GWS 180-Li 4.0Ah x1, GAL 18V-40 case (06019H90R1), 125 mm

GWS 180-LI is a cordless angle grinder with a brushless motor that is not inferior in capabilities to its 700W mains counterparts. The compact body and additional handle with a embossed coating allows you to firmly hold the angle grinder in your hands. The position of the quick-release protective cover can be changed without additional tools, and the spindle lock makes it easy to change the tooling. Removable protective grid increases the protection of the engine from dust ingress, and also allows you to quickly clean the tool after work. The angle grinder is equipped with restart protection, which prevents accidental activation of the angle grinder when the power button is pressed and the battery is changed. Overload protection protects the motor from running under high load conditions. Soft start allows you to start working smoothly.

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Gorgeous tool. The disadvantages fade before the advantages. I expect that someday I will overheat the batteries from prolonged work, but so far I haven’t brought it to this (although on another Bosch tool, but in the “green” series and with a different battery system, overheating happened)

Pros
  • 1. Mobility, freedom from sockets and carrying. And most importantly - the opportunity to work where even carrying will not save (because the nearest outlet is several kilometers away). 2. Powerful enough, for short work there are no restrictions for me, the rails cannot be cut, of course, but the corners, and even more so the profiles, are one or two. 3. Convenient casing attachment
Cons
  • 1. A huge and stupid case. Adepts of gigantomania are now sitting in bosch, cases are chosen one more than the other. And worst of all, the plastic tab uses the space of the case so uselessly that throwing it away, you can also place a gbh 180-Li cordless hammer drill with accessories in it (! see photo) 2. Sound, although the machine is quieter than wired ones, but the sound of idling is higher, unpleasant screeching. Of course, when you saw, this is not noticeable. 3. The diameter of the neck of the gearbox (42 mm), on which the protective cover is attached, differs from the standard Bosch (51 mm) to a smaller side, which does not allow attaching Bosch equipment to it (for example, a casing for dust extraction during grinding)

I do not recommend. Some pros: Bought grinder bosch Didn't include a warranty card. I called them, they say they should come with a check themselves. The last time I buy something in Player. Ru. before that I took Metabo 254 trimming from them. And a lot of little things. Got cons: Bought grinder bosch 125 18 li Didn't include a warranty card. I called them, they say they should drive up with a check themselves. Okay, I'm in Hong Kong. And if from the region? The last time I buy something in…

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

In general, I am very satisfied, those disadvantages that I described are only nuances that you need to get used to after network analogues. Different pros: Comfortable, fits well in the hand, with a capacious battery, you can work a lot. bought because I had to cut a lot of profile pipes, and before that I had to carry a carrier with me. good heat dissipation due to the metal housing. plus brushless motor prolongs the service life and duration of work. Has some cons: in comparison with the…

The perfect product for any user!

In general, I am satisfied with the tool. I did not underestimate the rating because of the case, these are my personal nitpicks. I would compare this grinder in terms of power with a 500w network model. You can’t cut the rails for her, but she cuts the profile pipe, fittings, bolts, nuts for a sweet soul. . The charge holds for 20-30 minutes, depending on the load. This is a good indicator for a stock battery. . Definitely recommend to buy, especially if you have another tool from this series,

Pros
  • Brushless motor, soft start, restart protection when battery is connected. Fast charging included. Compatible with batteries from the entire 18V Bosch range in blue
Cons
  • Pen. Well, I will not say that it is of poor quality, but it could obviously be better. Vibration is felt. I would like, if not anti-vibration, then at least rubberized. And it’s just a piece of plastic, as in models for 1000 . Case is one hell of a mess. I have a very rich collection of various tools and I always pay special attention to the case. It is important for me that the interior space is well organized so that you can neatly put a bunch of different equipment. In this case, it's a fiasco. All that can be put in this case is an additional battery and several discs for the grinder itself, that's all! . Firstly, the grinder lies separately from the battery - this already eats up a lot of space. Secondly, the entire interior is made in the form of an insert, there is no empty space at all. . In fact, this very insert could be made much more practical. It was enough to move the grinder to the left so that it lay down with the battery, put the handle on top. On the bottom left, make two compartments for two more batteries, and in the middle make a large place for equipment. Then it would be possible to put 30 disks of various pieces, and several cord brushes.

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good purchase.

I would compare, in terms of capabilities, with a wired unit for 700-800 watts, which has never changed brushes)) In general, for "domestic" use (dacha-garage-own home), it is definitely recommended. I want to add that soft start is a very useful crap, the probability of an accidental kickback is reduced to almost zero. And a few more words about the protective cover. It is installed and removed not as it is written in the instructions. It is necessary to turn the casing so that the…

Pros
  • Great car for non-professional use. Smooth start, smooth powerful ride. Comfortable grip, easy start. The protective cover is very easy to adjust. Brushless motor.
Cons
  • In the manner of a professional instrument, there are only two positions of the additional handle, and not three (rarely, but sometimes necessary). There is no speed control, definitely a minus. Terrifyingly stupid case, just take it and throw it away. Or completely redo the space.

The item was good, I'll recommend it to my friends.

This machine is not for tough professional work. Its turnover is less than that of a machine running on the network. But that's what I liked about her. Good for neat jobs. The battery on the first charge cycle was discharged as it seemed to me quickly. The machine runs quietly, there is no such strong vibration, it does not tend to jump out of your hand, but at the same time it cuts off quite cheerfully. I'm an aeromodeller and I don't need to cut 120 sills, although there is a large Makita for

Pros
  • Smoothness of work, the hand does not get tired.
Cons
  • The battery ran out quickly.

The perfect product for any user!

Yes, in it a plastic gear transmits torque from the motor shaft to the cooling impeller, but the plastic is quite hard. It develops full power on an 8 Ah ProCore battery, from 4 it cuts not so cheerfully and 2 times less in time. Charging in the kit is 4 ampere, and the complete battery is charged for an hour, and 8 is about 2x. For constant grinding of metal, or cutting without stopping will not work, for my tasks, cutting a corner, rounding corners, and even making a strobe will do. Of…

Pros
  • Time. Huge savings on finding an outlet, rolling out an extension cord, or throwing a temporary shelter in the shield. For the installation of an electrical panel, it’s just a godsend, it replaces a cable cutter, metal shears, and a sharpener for knives. Soft start, power comparable to a 700 watt mains angle grinder. On good discs, there are practically no vibrations. The bite protection works. Of the small pluses, it is stable on the battery.
Cons
  • The grinder does not fit into the case when rearranging the gearbox for cutting away from you. One battery is enough for 20 minutes of work without stopping, it is better to take a carcass without everything, and larger batteries separately.

I recommend to buy, the product is of high quality.

Pros below: It fits comfortably in the hand, powerful enough for a cordless angle grinder, cooling is well designed. Got cons: It's a little heavy compared to my Metabo model, the case is too big, only one battery, expensive for such a configuration (there is not a single disc in the kit).

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

Very comfortable, no wires, works very quietly compared to my network. Brushless motor (higher efficiency). One battery is not enough for her, she eats very quickly, it is better to have 2-3, while one works with the rest on charging. A few months later I will add it, I use it for personal purposes, I don’t take the network 125 in my hands, this one is unrealistically convenient.

Pros
  • Mobility, no wires and 220V. Very quiet in operation, turning it on for the first time was very surprised at how much less noise it makes than my network one.
Cons
  • Eats batteries just give
