I love everything about this mug except that it leaks out of the ridges. Yes, the dimension lines are actually printed on the side and are visible on both sides of the mug wall. Well, it's leaking very clearly (across the cup) in two different places, there's nothing in there but water. Update: I replaced the broken mug hoping it was just an accident. Of course, the new cup also leaks (see photo). I send it back and receive it unlabeled.

I designed this system to replace my MSR wind burner which was heavy and taking up too much space. I only need to boil water for my dehydrated meals. The entire system weighs about 13 ounces as opposed to my old system which weighed 26 ounces. In my opinion, this shape and volume (750 ml) is the perfect size for hiking. First, you don't need much more water, even water-heavy camping meals usually don't need more than 16 ounces (500 ml). I was originally considering 500ml, but it's too small to hold fuel and a stove. I also recommend this particular shape.
