I got what I asked for.

Just what you need for tubeless use. Very easy to use and seems well made as the sealant will need topping up over time and this tool makes it easy and doesn't leave a mess.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

It is useless as it is clogged with sealant particles.

This tool is not good. The passage between the cylinder with the sealant and the hose is so small that the slightest amount of particles will cause a blockage. It's essentially useless.

  • Weight

Works perfectly! - Shop Tools

This is a great product that I use to recycle tubeless sealant and put it in tubeless road and mountain bike tires. I've used it a few times as I sometimes switch my x Country tires to All Mountain when I ride Gravity. So far this is a very good product that seems well made for the job.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Not sure

Works well but check the pinch valve

This device serves a simple function and works well but there are a few problems. It would be a little easier to use if it had a swivel at the end of the hose so you don't have to twist the whole hose or unit. In addition, the pinch valve does not close with the first click. I spilled some sealant trying to fill the syringe thinking it was stuck. Be sure to test the pinch valve with bubbles or water before attempting to fill it with sealant. Otherwise it works like a funnel.

  • Nice

Hose clamp didn't work

I put the clamp on the hose, filled in the sealant and started to come out of the hose and splatter the bike, myself and the ground. Then I realized it (the pipe clamp) had a second mount for a stronger clamp, so I squeezed it to the tightest possible position and repeated the whole process (spilling). I was able to position myself more cleanly so I didn't spill. Either the clamp isn't strong enough or was it perhaps too cold for the clamp to work on the pipe? I'm not sure, but I'll check again

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Protection

Will not work with Presta valve!

There is so much wrong with that. 1) Hose clamp not working. 2) The valve threading is clearly for a Schrader valve, and while there's no adapter, that causes more problems (really pushing sealant and adapter through?), 3) It looks like you have to open the back end of the syringe. Pour in sealant, but since you have to cap the supply hose, a huge air pocket gets stuck making it difficult to measure the sealant accurately (the 50ml line is at the very top, making it almost impossible toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Disappearance

A few tips to know at Shop Tools

Worked great for me with high fiber OXO Magic Milk. These do not come with instructions (or the same model under different names). How to use it: 1. Your valve should have a removable stem cartridge - almost all tubeless stems have one. The included tool is great for removing if you don't already have one. 2. Screw the supply hose firmly onto the valve before attaching it to the piston. 3. Fill the flask. With the OXO, I turned the canister upside down and pulled back on the plunger, GENTLYโ€ฆ
