Worked great for me with high fiber OXO Magic Milk. These do not come with instructions (or the same model under different names). How to use it: 1. Your valve should have a removable stem cartridge - almost all tubeless stems have one. The included tool is great for removing if you don't already have one. 2. Screw the supply hose firmly onto the valve before attaching it to the piston. 3. Fill the flask. With the OXO, I turned the canister upside down and pulled back on the plunger, GENTLY squeezing the bottle. 4. Without turning the flask upside down, screw the feed tube onto the flask and you won't spill a drop. Rotate the tire so the valve stem is down and compress. 5. Turn the wheel so the shaft is halfway up and unscrew the feed tube from the piston. 6. Repeat the process. Two fills are perfect for my 29" tires. 7. Rinse all parts thoroughly with hot water.
