I ordered 32 GB RAM and after my computer kept crashing into a blue screen with many different errors like "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", "Critical Error" or "Memory Error", I did a reminder test . and found that the memory is really bad. I ordered a replacement and after a month of using the replacement it came back, I thought it might be my OS so I reinstalled it but the errors were still there, I tried using only one flash drive and found it to be working fine but one flash drive failed…

32GB is too much for gaming!

Let me tell you that these flash drives worked great for my current configuration. Asus Prime b350m-a Motherboard PSU 650W Ryzen 1700x at Stock Frequency GTX 1070256GB M.2 SSD I just updated the motherboard firmware to the latest version and installed these sticks as a dual channel setup. Switch DOCP to "Automatic" and it will automatically find the most efficient setting. Set your desired frequency to 3000MHz and voila! 32GB at 3000MHz with no lags and dropouts. Better than anything? You don't

I ordered 32 GB RAM and after my computer kept crashing into a blue screen with many different errors like "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", "Critical Error" or "Error memory". I ran a memory test and found that the memory was indeed defective. I ordered a replacement and after a month of using the replacement it came back, I thought it might be my OS so I reinstalled it but the errors were still, I tried using only one memory card , and found it to be working fine, but a memory card failed again.

Drive failed after less than 2 years of 24/7 use

I've been building my own computers since the early XT clones and have NEVER had bad memory issues. I am leading a distributed computing project on this particular machine (World Community Grid) and have been since its inception. This is a CPU-intensive project, but one that places fairly heavy demands on the machine's memory. However, I am running this project on multiple computers and have been for 10 years. The machine I'm writing this on right now is an old Intel i-2600k that has been…

These reminders are both a curse and a blessing.

These memory cards are both a blessing and a curse because they are the only 16GB memory cards that can completely fill a ThreadRipper motherboard (128GB). They do not work reliably at XMP2 speeds (DDR4 3200, 1.35V). I have 4 x 64GB sticks on a Gigabyte Designare ThreadRipper 1950x. Unfortunately, I had to swap out six memory sticks to get a stable DDR4-3200 system. Several sticks were DoA. Two more only worked on DDR4 2666 (not 3200). Last week a memory stick just died after six weeks of use…
