Very easy to use phone

Very easy to use phone. I like big buttons. Easy to program and set up. A flashing red incoming call indicator alerts you. Pretty loud call. Excellent purchase. Highly recommended.

This solved an issue I had with my 94th.

This solved my problem with my 94 year old mother. She often couldn't hear phone conversations and couldn't see well enough to manually adjust the volume of each ringtone on her previous phone. With this instrument, I could adjust the volume once and the levels stayed the same with every call.

Terrible production

First of all, Revain does a great job paying for return shipping and refunding my fees. Second, the first of these phones we bought didn't have a battery connector. We are returning this phone and have ordered a different one. The second phone came without the battery attached. You cannot program a phone without a battery. Carefully!

This phone is a piece of junk!

This phone installed and worked for exactly two weeks then the numbers started sticking and we couldn't get through. I tried it but the numbers 3 and 7 didn't connect when pressed. A piece of junk and reading the return instructions I have to pay the postage to get the phone repaired. I don't want to fix it, I want my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

I liked it so much I bought a second one

I bought one of these large button phones for our bedroom a few weeks ago when our second phone broke. We liked the ability to lower the ringer volume. this. We turn it off when we go to bed. I liked this phone so much that I bought a second one for home office a few days ago. If you need POTS (Public Telephone Service), this is a very good choice.

Excellent phone in city phones

Ordered for elderly grandparents. We used the photo option for the 3 emergency buttons on the top of the phone. We put a photo in the head on 3 buttons and programmed the numbers. We gave Grandpa the cell phone for Father's Day. Now he can look his daughter and two granddaughters in the face and press a button to call and talk to them. Easy to remember speed dial key numbers. Very big keys. Volume switch for ringer and handset speaker. There is also a red light that lights up when there is an…

GREAT PHONE BUT RINGING LOUD

Seems to be a very good phone. All round great quality. The buttons are large and the phone feels good in your hand. The only thing I don't like is that it's too loud. I turn it down but it's still too loud. I taped pieces of cardboard to all the holes in the bottom and tried to muffle the sound. But that didn't help much. My hearing is good, so I cringe every time someone calls. If anyone has any reasonable suggestions, I'd appreciate your idea. Once again I've had a lot of trouble finding a…
