It is very useful for managing all our projects in one place! The interface can be improved as with other similar software (and we have many others). The best thing about this software is that you can set it up to do almost anything! You can have it send out emails or posts for your Facebook page, post pictures from Instagram, create web pages - it's the most powerful tool I've ever used in my life (and my previous job was working with websites!). There are some things I wish were easier, such as having multiple templates available at once (so you don't have to make one template per project). It doesn't always seem to be very intuitive. But…

I have been using this software for about three years now to manage my daily tasks as well as projects that are ongoing in our organization (about 100).
