I have a very large matte quartz top. I'd like to keep it intact, but hated the cords leading to the outlets from above. This allows for a convenient reset and keeps my counters tidy and clean. All my cords and cables fit in easily.

First positive. These things are very heavy and durable. Well polished they almost look like mirrors. So once you have them on your desk they will look great. The Cons definitely outweigh the pros. First, if you drill a 2 1/2" hole in the table, these things won't fit. Not even close. You can see the size difference between the 2 1/2" hole cutter and these inserts in my photos.
