Enhanced Black ABS Replacement 🔧 Step Pad - Smittybilt PST-01 Sure Step Review

Only replaced the worn footboard on the driver's door. It has a much better grip than the old ones on other doors. I had to do them all. Removing the old step isn't that difficult, but it did take a block of wood and a hammer to install the new one. The fit was perfect as it was the original part.

I bought some nerf bars off eBay for my Jeep YJ a few years ago and the pads were falling apart but showed no signs of wear, made by AUTOSAVER88. New bars are almost $100, but these fit perfectly and are only $30 a pair. They tell smittybilt the originals weren't marked, so even better. Couldn't be happier.

About 8 years later the seals on my Nerfs started to deteriorate. I removed them, measured the distance between the holes and found the Smittybilt PST-01 pads to be identical. They went pretty easily, but I highly recommend you check out a video or two on YouTube showing how other people have done it. I found a rubber mallet to be a very useful installation tool.

I installed a nerf bar from an unknown manufacturer on my ram and based on the photos and the measured length of these pads I took a chance on buying them. They fit perfectly, work well and look good. Although the driver and passenger sides of my truck now have different pads, I'm glad I don't have any cracked or broken pads. Very satisfied and I know which ones I will buy in the future if I still need some.

Great replacement spacer for TruckChamp 3" handlebars. TruckChamp stopped the production of replacement pads at the beginning of 2020, the remaining stock was sold out as of October 2020. I read a review that they fit my 3" TruckChamp nerf bars and they fit perfectly. I want to drill out the old clips and replace them with the ones that came with the kit. Fits perfectly and looks great. The overall length of the product is 21 1/4 inches.

After 13 years of service my original footpegs broke. These Smittybilt replacements fit perfectly and were easy to install (once I figured out the trick). They are easy to install using the progressive clip to insert the dowel pins into the appropriate holes. At first I thought I could just use a hammer to tap the pads in place. I received them yesterday and today they are on. I replaced two on one side of a 2008 Silverado cab. I watched two minutes of the 10 minute video and figured it couldn't be that hard. Went and ripped off the old ones. Two pieces of old plastic and two clamps were stuck in there, pulled out with pliers. Then I added 5 to 6 new mounts and pushed them in with my thumb and closed pliers. Line up the new pads (MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION SO YOU CAN READ THE SMITTYBILT NAME) and after
