It was necessary to replace all

Only replaced the worn footboard on the driver's door. It has a much better grip than the old ones on other doors. I had to do them all. Removing the old step isn't that difficult, but it did take a block of wood and a hammer to install the new one. The fit was perfect as it was the original part.
