Fixed ceiling fan light flickering.

These little bulbs are AMAZING. I was concerned when I opened the box and saw these little lightbulbs. I was pleasantly surprised when I replaced our old bulbs with these. They are much brighter and whiter than my other LED bulbs. I bought these because our ceiling fans have been flickering for years and we couldn't figure out why. I put new bulbs in and after a few days/weeks they started flickering and one of the bulbs stopped working. At first I thought it might be the power limiter and just

Very impressive - very bright, low power consumption

I ordered 6 A15 bulbs for 5000K and 4000K. I measured the power consumption between 5.2 and 5.3 watts. Significantly less than the nominal 6 watts. I haven't measured lumen output or illuminance but these bulbs are very bright and compared to many other bulbs I've used I can easily believe they match (maybe exceed) the 600lm rating. Much whiter than the specified color range. Also far from the brightness of 60 watts.

I have a very uncomfortable recessed light fixture in my kitchen and it took 6 lights to fill the room. A few years ago I bought some LEDs that randomly went out. I think I had 3 different types of bulbs in it (20 year lifespan, my ass) so I wanted to replace them entirely.
