I really like this bag, it was exactly what I was looking for. It's big and fits me perfectly. I like being able to put everything I wear in my bag. Laptops, thermoses, snacks, whatever. This bag holds a lot. However, after about 8 months of daily use, the inner lining started to tear and now, 1 year later, there is a gaping hole in the bottom of my bag. Other than that (I can fix this myself) I was very happy with this purchase.

I bought this bag because I needed a bag to take some stuff to surgery, so I needed a large shoulder bag. I'm 5'10" and the bottom of this bag comes to the top of my knee. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. The strap is too short for me. I'm only 53 and it sits above my hip which if you have kids like me you need free not slightly below my elbow. Now it may be because I washed it in the cold, but then there was a HUGE problem with it bleeding profusely. It's like he soiled the laundry bag I put him in to protect him from multiple colors. I really like this bag. The fabric itself appears to be a bit thinner, so unfortunately I'll probably be sending it back. I want a bag that I can put some heavy stuff in (like books and dishes) and I can imagine it breaking in a few months.
