Very nice stools. They were easy to assemble and feel quite stable. The pillow is hard but not a problem. Maybe it will soften over time. would recommend.

Upgrades - chairs don't last long! It's been a week and they're falling apart. The chairs are worth the money but they are a little wobbly and one of the cushions is damaged. The magic eraser didn't remove any marks. I didn't notice any marks until I reassembled the metal part and removed the protective plastic pad. I was frustrated as each stool takes about 15-20 minutes to assemble and I didn't want to take it apart and ship it back. In general, I'm happy if only there were no traces!

I was disappointed when assembling it and realized the footrest was on the wrong side. Not suitable for counter seating as the chair must be placed lengthwise (18" overhang) rather than to the side as is the case with most non-backed stools. They usually adapt to the length of the counter without protruding. The picture is deceptive. They make the stool square so you don't notice the bumps of the footstool on the 15" side instead of the 18" side. A misleading sale.

Stools are so expensive and I've done budget repairs! So they caught my attention and they didn't disappoint! The enormous size of the seat is so comfortable because your butt can fit in! The only thing that is a bit odd is that they fit under the counter on the wide end and the footrest is on the long end. but to be honest it really doesn't matter - just make sure you order how many so they fit under the counter! back stool!
