Great customer service from everyone at cova

Cova is always helpful and has always been willing to help. I have never had to wait for a response or to get a call back. I had a problem with my POS system and I was not able to get anyone on the phone to help me. I emailed Cova and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to get the problem fixed and I am now able to use my POS. I have no complaints about Cova. I have a great relationship with Cova and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a POS system. I have been able to use my

  • COVA offers very good customer service, fast responses when you email their office staff., excellent tech support from all members within our organization that work directly under Joe (Director), easy accessability at anytime day/night 7 days per week..and much more! We are just happy we chose this wonderful business solution provider & wish everyone did..:) :) :(

Wonderful Platform for an All Inclusive Software

The simplicity of their software makes them one-stop shop when you need anything from inventory management to point of sale systems in place! They have been very helpful with customizations as well which has made my life easier since I've started working at this dispensary 3 years ago (and they are still going strong!). Their customer service team can be slow sometimes if not given proper guidance but overall great experience so far!! Great platform that allows us ease into our new business…
