These socks were inexpensive, but they either run small or are cheaply made. When stretched slightly, they shine through and shrink when washed. My son wears toddlers 11-12. I ordered medium and you can see his feet through the socks. He still says they are comfortable but I have a feeling they should be thicker. Rubber on the heel prevents them from slipping and falling with the shoes, but if your child is sensitive to such things, be aware. Wouldn't order again.

Great thicker socks perfect for my active kid. They're not thick enough to darn his boots, but they're not thin enough to tear through a pair of socks. The arch support is cool but I don't know how good it is for my kid. Although he doesn't mind. The silicone strap works most of the time but I find the shoe eats socks if worn incorrectly. I like that they're low-cut so they don't stick out of my baby shoes and he thinks they're comfortable. All in all a great set for active kids!
