I have had this mount and handlebar mount since October 2015. It has worked great on my Ninja 300 and I have used it on almost every ride. It's very easy to use, just grab one side of the X-Bracket and slide your phone in. Depending on what phone you have, finding the right way to mount it can be quite tricky.
