    Incorrect Labelling/Poor Quality Control on Package

    ordered 3/4 inch tape and they very disappointed sent me 3/8 inch tape and put my project on hold. The factory packaging said it was 3/4", but when I opened it up it was 3/8".

    The product is not as advertised.

    I ordered 3/4" twill tape. What I received was a roll of 1" twill tape. Luckily I can still use it, but people should be aware that you may don't get what you think.

    This is not actually a 36 yard piece

    Although the quality of the tape itself was good, the roll was cut into three pieces and the ends of the pieces taped together. This nullifies my decision to buy a 36 yard roll as I then had to piece it together to use it as intended.
