Why didn't I buy this sooner?

I've heard craft guides recommend investing in a Teflon binder for bones time and time again, and I've always ignored that advice. I'm so stupid! Part of the delay was that I thought they were overpriced, but this set has a lot of value and is well worth the money. What I like about a large cube binder is the straight edge, which allows me to easily fold the paper to make postcards. The little product was an unexpected bonus for the money (why buy one when you can buy two for the same price?)…

Expensive but worth it

I found this bone binder to work better than any other in my studio. It's very smooth and glides across the paper in a way I can't describe. Smooth doesn't adequately describe it. I just wish the square shape was bigger because I find it hard to press firmly on the creases of many sheets of paper. When we make books we have to put all the leaves together, not one by one. A regular bone binder has a square end and I'm surprised at how often I use this end as none of my other bone binders have…

Too soft for cutting cardboard

I have a stationery store and bought these for cutting and bending cardboard. However, the material is very soft and the tip needed to cut thick paper wears out quickly. I can even leave marks on their surface simply by pressing on them with my fingernail. Therefore, they are useless for me for card counting. However, they are suitable for folding because they hardly leave any polishing residue. So basically I have to use a 100% bone pointed tool to score the paper and then switch to this…
