The price is good. Fit #

Although these details are very close to the original, they are wrong enough to complicate the task. First, the o-rings were too thick and required insane pressure to connect. I even had to reuse the old o-ring on one fitting and completely reuse the end of the other old hose. The nipple on one fitting was overmolded by about 5 degrees, making installation very difficult and putting undue stress on the pipe. Overall, I'd happily spend a little more for more expensive aftermarket or even OEMโ€ฆ

Inaccurate part dimensions. Not a bad set if you're willing and able to put in a lot of effort.

good: price and delivery. The kit was cheap compared to the factory kit and arrived quickly. Cons: As other reviewers have pointed out, not all components fit properly. The connections are incredibly strong. Luckily I had some super lube and brute force because it took almost everything to put them on. Really, really bad: after all the fighting and swearing to install this kit, the hose that connects to the valve cover was about an inch too long (see photo). No amount of lubrication, no bruteโ€ฆ

SWIVEL HOSE END

So these replacement parts fit my E46 2002 perfectly. However, at first I thought that one of the ends of the hose was bent 180 degrees. I pushed/pulled with such force to align them that I thought I would break the pieces. They're not as flexible as they seem. Finally, after about 20 minutes of fiddling, the end of one of the hose fittings turned. They're so stiff they look and feel like they're made out of one piece, but they're not. So if necessary try to gently twist the ends of the hoseโ€ฆ
