Arrived in a BAG. Colored pencils! In the bag! They were not protected at all and had to break. I can't understand the stupidity at all. Came out of the packaging broken and cannot be used. Not what I needed them for. Need them for parties, can't use them broken. Ridiculous.

My daughter always gets by so much faster with black and white crayons than other colors, so nice I don't have to buy a whole box of different colors just to get the one color to get what i need. Crayola quality always comes first. My experience with this seller was great, delivery is on time and the item was in good condition.

Great product at a reasonable price. I use it to reserve white and highlights in my watercolor paintings. White isn't so opaque that you can't see the colors you drew under the pencil, especially if you apply it lightly. Then apply the darker color to the pencil and your color under the white pencil will show through.

They don't write well on black - Crayola make heavyweight paper pens that are great for this. But of course they don't show anything on white. I actually bought them to use for watercolor work but they didn't even withstand watercolor, the project failed. Basically not sure what to actually do with it.

To be used as a waterproof technique for watercolor painting. These crayons are not very suitable for this purpose, but good. The wax is quite flaky when applied to watercolor paper, so the watercolor seeps into some areas drawn with colored pencils and not others. The result is interesting, but not entirely predictable. A good technique, maybe if you're looking for a half water resistance technique but not a full water resistance technique.
