Broke Twice!: Drawing Media

I returned the first set I bought because some of the crayons had broken tips. I reordered another set and yes, all the tips broke again. When you have twins, they want the same thing, and no one needs a broken crayon!

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • No

Inexpensive, durable, easy to clean

Nice twin pack of jumbo colored pencils. They seem to hold up well even with rough use. I was also pleasantly surprised to see the occasional stain rub off very lightly from the plastic tabletop a couple of times, but maybe we just got lucky.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Annoying

Broken crayons and worn boxes

The crayons themselves are good from what I saw in the store but these came in totally non-working boxes and one of them burst open and all the crayons fell out 1 broken too since immediately after removal from a plastic packaging. Probably trying to get rid of some old stock so prices are down.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Great gift for any child

My granddaughter used egg shaped crayons and then grandma bought her these. One set for home and one for home. She loves big straight crayons. I think because she sees what big kids use in kindergarten. She can still break them, but we have duct tape. I like that you have 2 sets.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Great price

Came two broken - crayons

The box says "Hard to break!" Maybe a child packed them so badly, the red and yellow crayons are already broken. This is for a 4 year old who has red and yellow as his favorite colors and "broken" is a bad word. I must sharpen them and keep them at home and give him the undamaged box.

Pros
  • Good assembly
Cons
  • Almost everything is there

I am giving this review 2 stars because they are a good size for my 2 year old crayon but as soon as we opened the packaging I noticed almost all the nibs of the crayons were broken so was it's kind of discouraging, especially since they were part of my kids' Christmas gifts

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • No form required

perfect for my 2 and 3 year old daughter's hands. They don't break easily and seem to last longer than regular sized crayons. Also, my girls chewed on them and still couldn't bite off a large bite, so I like that they pose less of a choking hazard than regular sized crayons.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Good crayons, great 2 pack.

Crayola Crayons have a deeper color and a real waxy finish They are a pleasure to colour. I bought this for a 1 year old who finds the huge size easy to hold. It seems that several points are breaking off at the same point on the chalk. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the shape of the crayon or to the shipping and handling process. I'm more prone to the casting problem because both boxes seem to have the problem in the same spot, about a half inch below the tip of the crayon.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

The crayons are fine but the boxes were damaged

I hate getting things that aren't the best. In this case, the crayons are fine, but both boxes are damaged. Both are bent and appear to be crumbling. One has a torn bottom flap and needs to be taped over to even hold crayons. Half of the crayons fell off the bottom of this box when it was picked up. The crayons are intended for an almost 3 year old and part of learning to use crayons and other supplies is storing them properly so they last. I think I'll try to return them and get a replacement.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
