Good fermentation tank

I am very happy with this tank. This worked great for my first batch of kimchi. This is the perfect size for a small party. It fits easily in my fridge and contains no unpleasant odors. I definitely recommend this product.

Simply brilliant for container sets

Love this item. I've made kimchi, fermented tomatoes, fermented cucumbers and I love it so much! An excellent addition is the inner lid: it holds well and submerges food in the solution. I also like how it closes - very tight. I was skeptical and wasn't sure if I need it, now I'm thinking about buying more.

Do not buy. suitable for storage and organization

I don't know if I just received a defective one because I saw some good reviews but I haven't had any luck with mine. I bought this to follow J. Kenji Lopez alt's pickle recipe in which he used this container. I used mine 3 times before giving up. No matter what I do, I get air leaks. Wouldn't recommend it.

Less space and leakage

I bought two of these and made kimchi. The lid is difficult to clean due to the recesses for the handles. The suction cup inside takes up too much space and cannot hold the kimchi-made liquid, so some of the kimchi liquid overflowed, spilled out, and formed a mass. Also, the top of the kimchi itself had dried out due to the liquid forming over the suction cup. upset.

Works great, would like more detailed instructions.

For lack of detailed instructions I can't deduct a star as there are plenty of fermentation resources on the internet but that would be nice. Apart from that it works very well. I ended up leaving the cork open for a few days or so when my sauerkraut really started to ferment, but other than that the inner lid system works great and its shape makes it easy to get most of the air out of the veggies.
