So, the fans themselves are good. Perfect fit, very quiet and overall I'm happy with them. Nonetheless. The wires to them are 9 inches shorter and terminated with a JST connector. (The Ender-3 uses screw terminals for the print head fan.) The problem is easily solved, but if the part is advertised as being for the Ender-3 then I don't need to do any extra work. replace wires. and you have a 5 star product.

I had to cut off the clip that attached it to my printer motherboard as the old one was factory glued on. I managed to solder the wires and this new fan works fine.

The fans worked well in my Ender 3. That being said, reconnecting the wires to the controller would be a hassle, so I cut the wires near the old fan and soldered on the new fans to save time. a hassle so I guess I don't really need the Ender 3's cables, but the fans were just what the Ender 3 needed and they work great.

I used one of these fans for my Anycubic Chiron. Correct, the plug was too big for the circuit board. I just plugged the wires into the old connector and it works fine. Next time I swap out a fan I'll look for a specific connector, but this worked fine. Now I can cool my extrusion again.

First of all this is not a Creality brand as you can see from the photos. This is not a problem. The problem was that they made a lot of noise at the start of each print, just like the original Creality they replaced. The noise disappears as the print progresses. This was long before Creality had this problem.
