This kit is so cool! We bought one for each kid (ages 8 and 4). They had a blast creating their own erasers. Once they've made a design, you just pop it in the over for 30 mins and it's an eraser! And the actually work! I will order again! :-)

My child saw this in the store and had to have it - but it was only a "looking day". so I surprised him by ordering on ebay and using it as a reward for success in school. This was a lot of fun. Great colors, great examples, easy-to-follow instructions. Not too dirty/messy. The tools and book are great. However, it is taking a while to get the hang of it. it is fairly challenging to make the erasers look like the ones in the book. So, we just get creative and do our own thing. Best advice is to

My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a lot of clay and I wish it had an airtight reusable clay container to store the unused portion in. I easily purchased more clay at my local craft store and my kids love crafting new erasers. I have NOT tried to erase with the erasers once they're baked so I don't know the quality of erasing.

Absolutely loved the clay and tool, but the book with how to use the clay and make the creations was missing from the kit. That's my review!

Fun afternoon project. Some of the projects are a little hard to complete on their own though. Plus an adult has to be involved since it involves the oven.

you have to have a oven that will cook at 170 degrees, I DONT so we could not cook these. Oh well.she was excited about it until we couldn't finish them.

While this project may be fun, the erasers are not functional. If you make one of the cute designs, those little beads or knobs will rub off. If you make an eraser top, it has no way to stay ON the eraser unless you decide how to glue it. Our erasers also never got hard enough to be an eraser no matter how long I baked them. They do mediocre erasing. While it is a fun project, it would be the same as buying some clay and making some figurines as as the functionality of them being a usable…

This is more for the activity than the end result. Making shapes and creations was simple enough. Colors held up good when done. They don't really hold up as erasers though. One time activity. If they actually erased well then it'd be worth a second activity of making them. We use the idea book with model magic now.

This is a fun easy craft, can model almost anything out of the clay and turn it into an eraser. You do go through the clay supplies quickly though, was only able to make a handful, with practice or experience working with clay might get more, ours did come out pretty large. And they work, really do erase.

This is one of the best, fun crafts that my daughter has. It comes with plenty of clay to make multiple erasers. And it's even fun for adults. We have purchased it many more times as gifts.

The erasers we made really work! The kids (6 & 8) had a great time making them! Wish we could by some more eraser clay! They want to make more!

What a fun, great way for kids (older kids) to spend an afternoon. chatting and socializing over a great craft and off their phone! I would highly recommend for the 8-14 crowd depending on your child.

Super cute kit. They actually erase, too. Directions are easy to follow. My 9 yr old love it. Clay is a little bit harder to work with then other clay, but not a huge difference. Tons of ideas in book.
