Good price so I added them to my art supplies order. I will use them often to smooth and blend colored pencils and to blend zen style ink pen drawings. I bought a small and a medium, I will definitely use both. One trick I learned is to roll up the paperclip and use it to push out the tip so the thinner part can be smeared.

These medium sized tortillons are of very good quality and although I do a lot of detail work for which I use small tortillons, these tortillons work great for large areas. They are of good quality and you get a good quantity for the price (dozen). They also serve as long as you are careful with them.

Perfect for me as I work in great detail and when I paint I don't want to blur the details. These little tortillons will do it for me. When I teach drawing classes, I always give my young students a few to try (there are so many in this pack) and they love them. Good quality, although one day in the blue moon there will be one that isn't as sharp as the others. But in general I love what they do, so I "love" them.
