I listen with Sennheiser HD 600 (open) and HD 820 (closed-back). The power of the amplifier is enough, including for HD 820. I don’t see any reason to buy some HDV820 for a PC that costs more than 170 kilorubles, especially since there can be a greater sound delay through usb than through pci-e. Of course, I will buy a separate amp for the HD 820 someday, but it will be a custom tube amplifier, and not a diode combine like the HDV820. I ordered an opera LT1469CN8 + OPA627BP from the states…

Pros
  • - sound quality (both the DAC part and the headphone amplifier); -no noise/background/extraneous sounds that would be transmitted from the video card* (for example, maya44 eX in games transmitted different sounds to the headphones depending on the FPS in games) - convenient software and driver (there are two ASIO devices in jriver, normal and DSD); -possibility to change operational amplifiers; -full XLR with 48 volt phantom power for a normal condenser microphone; - the price for such performance characteristics and sound quality is adequate, and maybe even low.
Cons
  • -interconnect cable does not inspire confidence and requires a very careful attitude, especially the entrance on the card itself; - the only quartz multiple of 48 kHz in theory reduces the quality at 44.1 kHz (only in theory, I didn’t notice a difference in top ears by ear, according to Creative, ASRC / DPLL processing on Saber 32 is of such quality that a separate quartz under 44.1 is not needed . but there is certainly a place for a negative placebo effect :-)

A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

I read: it burned down . Are you opening beer about it? To burn the card, you need to try. For example, when replacing operational amplifiers, put them out of order, or confuse single-channel op-amps with two-channel ones, but who's the doctor for you . I randomly have two of these and no problems. The HDMI plug MUST NOT go into the connector before the rubber band! Of course, you will break the connector if you drive a plug in there. So you can break anything foolishly. You can still knock on

Pros
  • Great sound in both speakers and headphones. Plus all sorts of features for gamers. There are simply no competitors and are unlikely to appear due to the acute shortage of electronic chips in the world. Well, the crisis.
Cons
  • No.

Normal product, but wanted more for the money.

Buy exactly the full version of the second revision, where the contacts of the connector of the connecting panel are filled with thermal liquid. For this soldering connector is the most painful place. !

Pros
  • Sound from headphones in direct mode. The sound is really worthwhile. Here they jumped over themselves. Speakers and headphones are at least a hifi segment, or there is no point in this purchase. The difference is really not small.
Cons
  • The quality of soldering, unremoved flux on the main board. In the first revision, the connectors for connecting the remote panel fly. The version without a microphone is much worse in performance.

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

If you want a budget Hi End at an affordable price - buy it. But only if you have high-quality headphones from 20and (or) an audio system of at least 30-40 Otherwise, it's not yours.

Pros
  • Decided to leave a review. At work for a year and a half. Took one of the first after it appeared. I took to replace the bundle - an internal RME HDSP 9632 sound card (digital signal source) and an external DAC Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus. (output to active monitors and headphones). Haven't regretted a second! The sound quality is fantastic. I listen on Beyerdynamic Amiron Home headphones. (250 ohms). Firstly, I immediately changed penny opamps - I installed operational amplifiers OPA627 and LT1469CN (LT1469CN in 2022 cannot be found on a standard block - I ordered from as a private person - no problem, it came in a month from the USA). Replacing the entire set of opampscomst 6 with delivery. The sound is very different from the stock version! You can read on the forum ? id=12:57599:20579#20579 where this was actively discussed (My nickname is MikeGin). And secondly, I changed the power supply in thecomputer to the highest quality one I found, with minimal voltage ripples - be quiet! DARK POWER PRO 11 1000W. Such acombine (DAC plus headphone amplifier) iscomparable in quality to the RME ADI-2 DAC (itscomst is about 100 tr).
Cons
  • No shortcomings were found. Never had a problem with software and hardware

I still think it's safer to buy an external USB sound, because. You can also connect a laptop and does not take up space in the case. For this money you can buy Sound Blaster X7. And then of course I have a question . why is the Sound Blaster X7 worse ? so think. In order to mechanically switch the sound in the headphones and speakers, press for 2 seconds and release the volume knob. Turn off the backlight - hold for 4 seconds and release. Surround sound in headphones works well. Here you can…

Pros
  • good sound card. The sound in the headphones is normal. a bunch of settings.
Cons
  • I had to slightly melt (file) the decorative plate on the motherboard (MSI z370 M5) because the card could not be inserted. And swapping with a video card is also not an option. only the top port works PSI X16. But this is not a sound problem, but a motherboard problem.

The worst purchase in my life, don't repeat my mistake

The service center said that the repair will take 45 WORKING days, it is unlikely before. I think that this is disrespect for the consumer when the product is not changed, but repaired for 2 months. After 4 weeks, I received an email saying that your product is in Amazon, I’m rushing satisfied, and in the service they give me an act of refusing warranty repairs, since the card, attention, is FILLED WITH WATER, and they show me a speck, I’ll attach a photo. The card that is in the system unit…

Pros
  • I liked everything as long as she worked.
Cons
  • Broke after 10 months.

The quality of a professional DAC, if there are good expensive headphones, you will hear the difference right away. If you just need sound for games, there are cheaper cards. Pros below: Very good DAC, studio sound quality, with decent other components, such as a mother and a power supply. With its cons: Flimsy junction with the external unit, the connector broke, I had to disassemble the external unit, which was quite difficult, there is an HDMI cable, mini HDMI on the other end is attached…

Nice product, happy with my purchase and may buy again.

Okay, I’ll close all questions right away: buy only if you have high-impedance headphones + you need an external module with functionality similar to Scarlett-like USB cards + a bunch of inputs and outputs. Under other conditions, there is something similar, but cheaper. On my own, I can say that I needed all of the above features, and no single type of audio card could offer them individually. The product is niche and very expensive. If you need just like this, but cheaper, then there is AE-7,

Pros
  • Don't get me wrong: the piece of iron is cool and all. But 30 kilorubas? Seriously? With such a pricing policy, one and a half wealthy peasants will buy this thing. However, in order - objective in the pros and cons, subjective in the commentary. ~ -Great sound (90% of modern electronic DACs at an adequate price have the same) / - Powerful ear enhancer. My buyers 770 at 250 ohms sang. -Remote module with all the I/O you need at arm's length and phantom power. -Electronic volume knob (i. E. it does not affect the sound) -The power reserve is better than any USB interface due to the connection via PCI-e and additional. line power supply for video cards. - A bunch of connectors for organizing 5.1 or transmitting a multi-channel signal to the receiver via optics. -In some century, drivers without frills. - Replaceable gourmet op amps.
Cons
  • - Unreasonably space price. -Software whistles (improvers) in the bulk are useless. -Internal placement is fraught with audible electronic interference from the operation of other components inside the PC, if the power supply is not everything is perfect with stability. -For 30k, you have a plastic remote module.

There are deviations, generally tolerable.

It is unlikely that I will blindly hear the difference with Asus Xonar or Julia, but I wanted a full-fledged center channel and rear for home CT. Its pros: I liked that there is a per-channel delay, a cool thing, it's a pity you can't save their settings as equalizer settings. And of course, it’s good that the crossover frequency with the subwoofer is configured from the card. Some cons: Whether it’s true that the marriage is being brought to the 2022, or they are all like that - when installed

Even Shure SM7B shook, but still I use UNION LAUNCHER in conjunction, for this price tag it’s not bad, I would even say that it’s very cool, but if you don’t have tasks to listen to music with high quality or you have mediocre ears, you don’t need it , you always need to buy for your tasks, the sound surprised me, I was even a little surprised, very worthy, I repeat very much!, Well, if anyone does not need XLR, then there are versions without it and cheaper,

Pros
  • Convenience, Sound.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best I ever used, recommend it to everybody.

Windows 11 Pro got Windows 10 drivers downloaded from the Creative site. The overall impression of the sound remains excellent. I listen on SONY MDR-1RBT headphones. As before, sound cards from Creative have always been distinguished by increased musicality, because their main task is music. Do not listen to those boobies who scare you with "poor assembly" or the consequences of repairs by crooked hands. For 20 years of close work with SB Creative of the Audigy series, I have not noticed a…

Pros
  • Materials, workmanship of components, detailed and clear instructions, advanced settings of the supplied software (downloaded from the site). Add. warranty, subject to registration of the product - 2 years. Clarity of work, no failures, freezes, failures.
Cons
  • The need for additional connecting "POWER P-CI" from the power supply (there are suspicions that it is needed only if an external unit with phantom power is connected).

The best thing Ive ever used, a great item for everyone!

I used Asus xonar d2 for a long time, then I upgraded and there was nowhere to plug it in, I stayed on the built-in, then upgraded again to the z790 and again the built-in . but at some time I decided - that's enough and bought this gadget, which I don't regret at all . Great sound, but which requires quality headphones. I use a Bose QC25 (if I need to work in silence) and a Sony MDR-MA900.

Pros
  • - Sound - Backlight - the Sound Blaster is nostalgically highlighted and the 90s are immediately recalled with manual IRQ settings and other things in games . sound blaster 16 on the isa-bus) - External unit, on which it is very convenient to adjust the volume
Cons
  • - The quality of the soldering on the board raised questions, somehow sloppy - It requires a separate power supply, I had to pull the cable, violating the aesthetics . it will definitely have to be custom - I have not found it with backlight yet.

The product is of poor quality, I do not advise.

The map was good. But all of a sudden, after 4 months, problems began. The card began to run every other time when starting the PC. And in 90% of cases, the card did not allow the PC to turn off completely. Later, in general, the PC stopped starting with the card inside. Debited from TP Creative. Tested - everyone says well, we do not see the problem. If there is a problem, please contact the store . I gave it to the store for diagnostics - the problem was not confirmed . I asked for a…

Pros
  • - The sound is really better;
Cons
  • - Price; - Outwardly, the card looks like a used one, or all the rejection flies to the 2022; - Problems with the device;

I bought a Creative Sound Blaster AE9 sound card. The difference in sound in contrast to the built-in Realtek is very large. The sound became clearer, the drawing of the sound is clearer, the basses are tighter. At high volume (80%), the speakers withstand the sound pressure of 32bit 17500kBit / s and do not fall into a mess. Since the PCI slot on the motherboard is close to the video card, I connected the sound card through the riser, which I bought on Ali. One of the differences between the…

Pros
  • Great sound card.
Cons
  • Price
