My grandchildren love spring. it stops her well enough at a 150 foot sprint and sends her back to me halfway through, laughing the whole way.

This spring has worked great on our zip line for several months. However, the $70 price tag is inflated compared to the slightly smaller nibs. If you can't find a cheaper option, use this one; It is of high quality and shows no signs of rust.

Amazing device that can be leash attached for extra protection. Make sure the cord is no longer than 6 feet and that's all you need. You definitely need more braking power in front of this device for a bigger drop, but I recommend this addition to any backyard cable car.

You need to make 2 piece plastic ends so you can attach them to the zip line without taking it off. I removed the plastic end blocks and made my own which screwed on and I was able to slide the spring onto the wire.

I read about this product in a review of a zip line that we bought and purchased at the same time. It's very large and sturdy - appears to be a very high quality product and works great with our 100ft zipline and lots of descents - highly recommend for ziplines.

This spring seemed fine for starting on 3/8 wire but it coils quickly on wire and becomes very stiff. I had to add a bungee break. This is for 100 pound kids on a 4ft/150ft zipline with two of these springs as the brakes. The quality seems good, I attached it to a cable as an emergency brake.
