Le Creuset Small Salt and Pepper Mill Duo, 5x2 inches each, Black and White Review

I love Le Crueset and use many of their products. They appear to be of excellent quality from most. They don't feel as strong/solid as I'm used to from this company.

I've been looking for a salt and pepper grinder set to replace the very latest in a long line of unacceptable grinder sets I've bought since my last one was a really good one Kit worn out after about 20 years of use. It is great. I like color coding so I always know which one I'm going for. They are well made and do not take up much space in the closet due to their compact size.

We have a 5 inch grinder and these grinders are small. I wanted a small one but was hoping for a larger capacity. You can hardly put a tablespoon of peppercorns in it. Salt is good, but we use a lot less of it. I keep refilling pepper. However this is not why it gets two stars as they sell big to solve this problem but what I found out from other reviews. is that the coffee grinder mechanism is really bad quality it doesn't work well with pepper salt works well I can't complain there it does…

A young friend has just bought his first house; It was a housewarming gift along with pepper and pink Himalayan salt. He is a minimalist and very concerned about minimizing his personal impact on the planet. So when he asked for a salt and pepper grinder as a gift, I bought a better one so he never had to replace it. The set is small, has a classic Le Cru design and will last a lifetime.
