Easy to measure salt and pepper. I inherited Le Crueset matches from my mother, which I bought her many years ago. Filling a pepper mill is not easy. I usually pour out whole peppers when loading the grinder. having little problem.

I've always wanted one and was glad to finally get it. Unfortunately, they only look good. both are very dirty and leave a salt/pepper wagon wherever you park them. Unfortunately disappointed (would give one star, but two stars for the optics)

I love these Le Creuset grinders. You can adjust the coarseness and they are easy to refill. The ombre color suits the whole turquoise family, so you are not forced to just wear Le Creuset shades. We have a K Cup coffee maker in turquoise and they look great together.

Anyone who likes coarse grinding, like me, will be disappointed. I also prefer grinders that grind the top to avoid pixie pollen seeping all over the place, but if you like making fine grinding lines, a surplus spice table off your counter, you'll love this grinder.

These are the best salt and pepper grinders I have ever used. They are very well made and are comfortable to hold. Coffee grinders do their job perfectly, grind well! They go well with other Le Creuset products in my kitchen. You can't go wrong with these things. Highly recommended.

I liked the look and thought Le Creuset meant quality. Unfortunately they were not up to the standards I expected and did not live up to the description. First, they are not ceramic, but plastic. This means that when they're about to boil, they start to melt (like mine). Second, they are not adjustable and the threads and adjustment have so little play that the knob keeps falling off and you have to leave it on super fine to keep it engaged. A few months later we were using a melted grinder…
