Attractive and easy to clean pans with good even heat distribution. Use a sponge to remove even badly burnt food. BUT these pans are quite heavy so I would be wary of elderly or infirm users. They take a little longer to heat up than aluminum pans, but I don't mind that much (plus I have a cheap electric range that probably isn't as good as many others).

I love these pans but they do not protect against scratches as advertised and I will no longer use metal utensils. The medium sized pan is scratched and I have to replace it much sooner than expected when the coating inevitably peels off. Otherwise, they heat up evenly and are very durable. Very easy to clean. The non-stick coating is amazing. Handles stay cool. The grip length, smoothness and angles are excellent. Smooth Appearance. The shape of the pans is excellent. My husband calls them my magic pans. I love Le Creuset cast iron skillet and French or German cookware. I use All-Clad for stainless steel, but after such nonstick performance from a traditional nonstick company, I'll give stainless steel a try. A few months of almost daily use and no problems.
