Creuset WA126L 31 Cooler Sleeve Black Review

I love this product and use it when we go on a picnic. It appears to be of good quality and keeps the wine cold throughout the meal. I've noticed that when it's cooled less it releases some water due to condensation so I have to put it in a plastic bag to keep other items in the basket from getting wet. It's a bit pricey in my opinion, but I hope it will last.

I bought this as a present for my mum and we used it for the first time a few days ago when we went to the winery - we bought a bottle to enjoy outside and we did were very happy with how cold and how long it kept a bottle of wine, especially as it was such a hot day. We stayed for over an hour and it was cold the whole time. What's also great is that the entire case can lie flat so it can be placed in the freezer even if space is limited.

This case is exactly the same as the APQ I bought at Revain for $13.47. I paid an extra $10 to have the Le Creuset logo on the wine cooler sleeve :-) I'm stupid. I recommend buying a wine cooler case. They cool my white wines and I sometimes use them on red wines to cool them down a bit. Unfortunately I left one at a restaurant out of town and decided to order 2. If you want a case other than black or with a logo, pay an extra $10.

I have had several wine coolers over the years including silver gel coolers (Vacu Vin Rapid Ice Wine Chiller, Chrome) which are effective but look cheap and stand out from other sources in wine advertising differentiate . This one is best of all because it's thorough and educational, but it works very well. It's stronger than silver gel because it has a thick, durable coating and elastic straps on the sides.
