I really like the layout of the app and how easy it is to use. The customer service is incredible. I am able to get answers to my questions quickly and efficiently. Sometimes I have to wait a little bit for a response but I understand that this is a small business and they are still learning. I am having a hard time finding a way to keep track of my tasks. I like that it's easy for anyone in our team (even non-technical folks)to use because of its intuitive interface; also we can easily share information with colleagues outside IT department as well! The product has some minor bugs but these are being fixed quickly by their support staffs too - they have been very responsive so far!! I like that they are very proactive in their approach making sure you understand your options before proceeding with implementing them or not at all! They have been great so far taking care of us as customers while also helping our business grow by providing recommendations for improvement opportunities which we can implement immediately upon completion/acceptance (which usually happens within few weeks).
