Review on CRMPlus Consulting by Jay Williams

I like that they are very proactive in their approach making sure you understand your options before proceeding with implementing them or not at all! They have been great so far taking care of us as customers while also helping our business grow by providing recommendations for improvement opportunities which we can implement immediately upon completion/acceptance (which usually happens within few weeks).

Nothing yet but will update after working together longer time period - it's just one month since my first meeting though :) Good people who know what needs improving internally too even if there isn't an external problem identified right now- makes sense because these problems were created from internal issues originally anyway;-).
