Easy tool used by many departments at large organization

I like how easy it is to use this software. It makes it relatively easy for people in my office to communicate without having to be physically present. I also like that it's free, which makes it better than some other options out there. I don't like that sometimes it doesn't work well when others are using it. Sometimes we can't see each other when we're trying to have a conversation. This is a great way for us to stay connected even though we aren't physically located together. We were able to

Great software- especially if you work from home

The integration with the rest of the CrossBox suite is great. I can easily access my crossbox accounts through the web client, which is great for when I'm on the road. I can also access my crossbox account through the crossbox mobile app, which is great for when I'm on the go. It's fast and easy to use. I like that I can also access my crossbox account through my computer. I don't like that I can't chat with a coworker through crossbox when they're at their desk. I can talk to them through my…

CROSSBOX video conferencing tool for our team of over a a 100 team members in various locations!

The ability for multiple team members who are in various locations around our campus or world be able connect via video conferencing at any time day night! Our teams can quickly build their own training videos which makes it easier than having everyone drive across town together everytime we need help from one another over something that needs explanation (i use this tool often). I wish there was quicker access into my mailbox so i could check if someone had sent me anything new before logging

  • The slow connection I find it slower than using a PC instead of a Mac to use the program

Simple Web-based solution which connects employees and stakeholders

It's easy to use for both beginners as well as advanced users. The platform offers multiple ways of connecting people together in one place (conference rooms). Nothing really that I dislike about this software but sometimes you get disconnected from the conference room when using it via mobile phone. If you are looking for a simple way to communicate with your co workers or clients then crossbox communication suite will be perfect for you. We have been able to connect with our customers easily
