They work great, but the insulation doesn't last long.

As the title suggests, insulation doesn't last long - it rises, then most of your protection from extreme cold is lost. So think about how often you're going to use them and how much stress/pressure you're going to put on them (I'm pretty rough with them). But while they work they are comfortable with good maneuverability.

Pros
  • Arm and hand protection
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Very good protective gloves.

We use these gloves to make Nitrogen Ice. It takes at least 10 minutes for some of the cold to penetrate the gloves and the umbilical to remain completely covered with ice. It's also very nice that the gloves extend well past the elbows, which gives a very comfortable feeling of protection when we run liquid nitrogen into the 12-gallon mixer.

Pros
  • Cryo Gloves
Cons
  • Expensive

I bought these to work in the freezer at the Revain UFF shipping center where temperatures reach -10F. Suggested Stock PPE won't protect your fingers from freezing, but these heavy-duty gloves will at least keep my fingers functional during my time in the freezer reaching for things in the bitter cold. Great buy for the price.

Pros
  • Personal Protective Equipment
Cons
  • Crumpled
