Crystal Clear Supply Reverse Osmosis Review

Yes, the surface is brushed nickel and the faucet is small, compatible with all kinds of sanitary ware and faucet. However, the faucet didn't feel as sturdy as I'd like - it looked more like an inferior Franklin Brass than a Kohler (built to last). The twist handle (and the valve within) swung freely, and a gentle nudge was enough to open the faucet. (just over half of what I paid for it!)

I bought one of these faucets a few years ago to use with a water filter. It looks good and worked well until it started leaking. The leak quickly became so severe that the faucet could not be shut off. I turned off the water supply and ordered a new one (I liked the look and there are no replaceable parts in the repair). The latter is similar to the previous one, except that the handle is now made of plastic. When this one finally fails (it will), I'll look for a Moen or Delta at 3x the price.

I would give it 5 stars if it didn't require my own hardware to install. The 'small' rubber washer is too big to fit where the instructions say it would need to be trimmed, but instead of the washer the plumbing putty worked fine and at least isn't visible. The other washers, metal and plastic, are also TOO small, if you have a large hole in your granite countertop like I do, if you have a smaller hole of 1/2" or so you should be fine Those issues aside, so far the faucet looks and works well.

NOT RECOMMENDED. The product was as described but leaked a lot. The nylon sleeve that holds the valve mechanism is loose. We've tried tightening it several times and it's still leaking. We ended up having to twist it really hard to seal it. In the down position, however, it doesn't shut off the water completely. Back out about 1/4 turn. WTF? There may be an o-ring or gasket missing so it's leaking and not working properly, but how should I know? Came without instructions and parts diagram.

Faucet looks good, feels high quality and works great. Water is delivered to my glass at a good rate. I have a setup where water comes from a commercial Everpure water filter. I'd rather drink filtered water from a glass than a plastic bottle. So I drink more water.
