Review on Crystal Clear Supply Reverse Osmosis by Naomi Snyder

NOT RECOMMENDED. The product was as described but leaked a lot. The nylon sleeve that holds the valve mechanism is loose. We've tried tightening it several times and it's still leaking. We ended up having to twist it really hard to seal it. In the down position, however, it doesn't shut off the water completely. Back out about 1/4 turn. WTF? There may be an o-ring or gasket missing so it's leaking and not working properly, but how should I know? Came without instructions and parts diagram.
