Great! They were all very good, heavy, clean, beautiful crystals. Not plastic. All nozzles are nice and silver. All individually and securely wrapped in bubble wrap. You are perfect! Also, I got 4 different pairs for about the same price as a pair from other sellers. The best buy!

Tie rods are not durable at all. The first one broke the day it was installed. Despite the greatest care, the rest broke after a few weeks. They look great but are very fragile. Ours have been used on fans/lights that are used daily. If you are just looking for jewelry and will never wear it, this is what you want to buy.

You are very attractive! But how they ripped the little clip holding the jewel at the end of the chain. In most cases, the little gem falls down when you pull the switch to turn on the fan/light. So I wouldn't buy this again. They need to reconsider how to attach the jewel to the chain. You need to assemble it by yourself when you receive them.

Disabling might have made things tricky. After the first two, I figured out how to spread the end so it slides over the trailer. Then compress again in a prism. They look very good in their place. One downside, they're a bit fragile. One of them rolled off the table and you could see it by hitting the connecting end directly. The end was cut off, and now I only have 7 of them "dangling" .

Half of the crystals were damaged by a drill hole and shipped anyway. You look terrible. So for the price you can expect to get 50% of what is in the photo and hopefully the damaged parts will match otherwise you will get less. Luckily two of the four sets were undamaged and looked fine, but I didn't get what I paid for and I have yet to purchase other ceiling fans. Get them from another provider, even if it costs a little more.

Beautiful and sparkling crystals will look so pretty in my new home. The only downside to this product is that the crystals are not attached to the chains and the tiny clips are very difficult to attach to the small holes in the crystals. Not easy for people with arthritis in their hands like me. I wanted to give 5 stars but I couldn't because of the clips. I don't understand why they couldn't just attach the clips. Could have been 10 stars!

These beautiful glass prisms arrived exactly as described. All hangers and fittings were included. Initially there may be a little problem connecting the connector at the end of the circuit to the prism. But once you've done it, it's not hard at all. And once assembled, it can be easily attached to your fan's existing ball chain with the included connecting link. This is my second order of this item from this company.
