Not like a crystal wine glass

Good things first: they are well packaged and delivered. They are unlikely to break during transit. The glass is very clear and looks beautiful. The glass sings when you run your finger over the top of the bowl. What we didn't like: The glass feels wrong. They are very light. If you touch them in a toast, there is no ring. It sounds and feels like you've touched plastic goggles.

Beautiful but fragile

Nice glasses, I ordered them after a trip to Italy and wanted glasses in the same style as in good restaurants in Tuscany. 2 of them are already broken, we've only had them for a few weeks, they are very thin and elegant but break easily. Update: After submitting a review due to a Facebook ad stating that they send a free set of 4 points to verified reviews, not only did they send 4 points totally free, they also gave us a partial refund for our broken points . 100% 5 stars for customer…

Poor quality - definitely not real crystal!

When I bought the first four glasses I fell in love with these glasses so much that although they were fragile and broke easily I bought them again. After a few months of casual use, I started noticing unsightly cloudiness (as other reviewers have mentioned) and despite my best efforts of using all kinds of cleaners, it only got worse. Glasses from my other brand, which are much older, are crystal clear. These glasses are NOT real as I realized too late and they are too light to be "premium…

Low quality. Glass becomes stained and cloudy after regular washing.

I bought these glasses in May. After several months of use, they noticed cloudiness in the glass. Hazing doesn't wash away and it gets worse every month. I tried all sorts of cleaning products to get rid of the stains. All 4 glasses look like the picture after half a year of use. This is totally unacceptable and embarrassing to serve to guests. I've included a picture of this glass alongside a higher quality wine glass that has been used and washed with the same frequency over the past 8 years.
