This solution provides the tenant a Web-page to enter his sales numbers of his percentage rent / sales-based rent contracts. Those numbers are immediately stored in the RE-FX Contracts.

Nice tool to work from and good customer support

I like that this software is very easy for newbies, it's intuitive & simple enough even if you don't have any previous experience with accounting or finance concepts! It also has some nice features such as auto update when there’s an amendment/modification done by either party (tenant). The only thing i dislike about their service so far was they haven´t been able yet release updates regarding tax reporting but still waiting patiently hoping one day we'll be happy using them again :D So overall

  • Easy accessability through phone calls / email etc.Very straightforward pricing structure !Fast turnaround in payments too !!Also offers upfront payment option without delays :)
Cons
  • Limited Tax reports functionality
  • Unclear user guides
