OEM specified Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core Construction. Tanks are made from Virgin Grade Engineered plastic resins, which are "Glass Filled" for added Strength & Durability. Gaskets are made from Special Grade "EPDM" rubber to withstand extreme temperatures of up to -120 Degrees F. Fins (Heart of Radiator) - High Performance "Multi-Louvered Design". 100% leak tested before leaving factory at 150% of operating pressure.

Efficient Radiator for High-Performance Cars

Through trial and error, I found that this radiator is a game-changer for those who are into performance cars. It is very efficient in keeping the engine cool under extreme conditions, and the installation was surprisingly easy. However, it might not fit all car models perfectly, so make sure to check compatibility before purchasing.

Pinched nipples are painful.

I bought this for my 2005 Subaru Legacy. Came and the installation wasn't that bad. The main problem is that it had an extra entrance and a nipple to close it. The problem is that the nipple is made out of cheap cheap rubber. After a day of driving the nipple broke. Now, instead of working, I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for the AutoZone to open.

ALMOST identical to OEM block

This review is for CSF part number 3515 and was on a 2005 Subaru Legacy GT with a 5 speed automatic transmission. The OEM block started leaking after 116.xxx miles and 15 years. Go with the CSF block as the brand should be a higher quality block. Has fittings, hose inlet and outlet and fan cover in all the right places. The only thing they got wrong was the farthest hose fitting on the passenger side that was supposed to connect to the coolant expansion tank (Subaru part number 21132AA121). The
