I was a bit hesitant to buy the unnamed remote but I bought it because it wasn't too expensive. Barely lasted 5 months as it just stopped working. Now you can only adjust the volume using the remote control, you cannot turn the TV on and off or change channels.

This item stopped working after a few months. I bought an extended warranty but they say it's still under the manufacturer's warranty and I can't find a way to contact the manufacturer. I need to buy a new one because I've spent hours trying to replace the $10 item with no success and my time is worth more than the item.

I purchased the remote in June 2018, it wasn't easy trying to figure out how to use this remote for adding capital letters, numbers, etc. The remote started to work intermittently, now it doesn't work at all. It's not like 4 kids and a dog smashing the remote control around a person, it's as new and clean as when bought. The remote worked for 4 months and the return window was closed! Buy the original, it's a lot of hassle for a remote control

Bought this remote in 2015 according to Revine. Has worked fine the whole time. Eventually, the battery cover on the remote came off. It's not even a homemade box with unidentified plastic parts. I don't want to go the duct tape route. It's demoralizing. I'm going to put in an old Ion with random bits of plastic. Maybe it will be reunited in the future. I paid $21 for this remote in 2015. I'm glad the price dropped to $7.50.
