Almost finished. - Battery chargers

This extension cord is almost perfect - the only change I would make (ignoring the price) would be to make the cord longer. It would be nice to be able to run a longer cable through the grille or fairing so you don't have to open the hood to connect the tender.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Just makes it good for tools and gear

These quick couplers are awesome. They make it easier to connect the CTEK charger and ensure a reliable connection. Something alligator spring clips don't always do. Before purchasing, please check the connection points you will be using to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Not sure

Short and unmerged, but it works.

Works and should be a little more convenient than the binding posts that come with the Ctek charger. But it's too short to get a battery through the grille of our 4Runner as hoped. Also, these cables don't have fuses, which seems odd since the terminals will melt.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Much more

Very convenient and safe.

Very practical device. I have STEK, MUS 4.3. I connected this convenience connector to the battery terminals on a John Deere mower and a Honda alternator. (One for each) You simply plug the charger into the Comfort Connect socket, the charger into a wall socket and you're done. No fiddling with battery terminals. It's quick, easy and much more secure.

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • Clarity

.but it can be used as a paperweight.

My charger is over five years old. Ctek didn't realize that they recently changed the configuration of their connections, making them incompatible with older models. I don't tend to mess around with returns. If you have white connectors, these new ones will NOT work. Otherwise they look well made. Update, Ctek sent me a cool adapter to connect my old charger to this new device. Everything is fine and the new installation works better than ever!

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Faulty but works with chargers

The standard 6 volt minimum charger uses spades so small you have to buy them separately. Also, this product uses such a (cheap) short cable that the quick connect point is very close to the battery itself. In my case, I'm planning on opening the hood or in some cases, like the Model A, raising and trimming the floor! It wasn't acceptable, I had to cut the wires, splice a longer wire, solder, shrink - until I did I could do it all myself with a standard Ctek connector. I complained to Mfg and…

  • Some cons

I bought a CTek Multi US 3300 charger to use with 3 of my cars and my lawnmower. I have a Ctek 56-261 Comfort Connect 3/8" eyelet cable on my RV and mower batteries. It's good to know that I can leave the mower charged all night or longer without removing the battery from the mower, and it is totally safe.two more cables for wife's SUV and daughter's pickup truck. If they need to charge the battery while I'm away, they just need to plug into the charging cable, plug in the charger, and set the…
