I don't know what I think of this pillow. I tried round ones and they were too stiff so I figured this one was adjustable and would work. It's adjustable, but a bit stiff and noisy. I will continue to work with him.

This is a good device but I'm a tall person so it wasn't big enough to properly support my back in a semi-recumbent position. He also had a small leak, but it was in the valve. no pillow. I returned the device but would buy it again if it was available in a larger size.

I wanted this pillow as a travel knee pillow and although it takes time to inflate manually I was willing to put up with it. But within hours of falling asleep, the pillow deflated and I had to inflate it all night. Not very conducive to good sleep! i will return it

I was on a 20 hour trip to Texas but had terrible back pain. Without this inflatable back pillow I would be in constant pain. It was easy to inflate or deflate as needed. It supported me perfectly. The other pillows were too big for my needs. It was exactly what I needed. I'll even use it at home when I'm watching TV on the couch! I love it!

My rating is ZERO. I needed this for a trip and wanted something that was easy to inflate and deflate. HE WON'T STAY FUCKED. I inflated it and very soon it began to deflate whether I leaned against it or not. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS GARBAGE! I would send it back but I used it. I couldn't imagine it without a star rating, but it doesn't even deserve one star!

I've always had lower back issues and I usually buy a lumbar pillow that's either too big or too small so no real relief. I recently received this adjustable pillow and can make it to the exact thickness I need. I can constantly adjust the thickness of the cushions and thus change the pressure points on the back again and again. Everything has worked great so far and I've never noticed a leak. Maybe I just didn't notice because I often change attitude, both up and down.

I tried many different back cushions while driving, but ended up throwing them away or not using them because they got irritating after a while. This is the first lumbar pillow that I absolutely love and can't live without! However, an observation. With this pillow, less is definitely more. I only use it slightly inflated because the air moves to better areas in the lower back when leaning on it while seated. I inflated it first to make it look full but it was totally useless and uncomfortable…
