While this may be fine for some people and they are not promised with the set, I miss them from my old Cuisinart set. I've had Cuisinart hard anodized pots and pans since I got them for my wedding 6 years ago and they're finally showing wear on the non-stick coating. Some show swirls but the coating is intact, while other more commonly used pans have nicks in the non-stick coating, but it's a few millimeters thick and won't flake off.
