These high-quality knives are dishwasher-safe! I was impressed with their ability to retain a sharp edge after repeated use and washing in the dishwasher. Each has a protective cover designed to protect the blade from damage as well as accidental cuts by casual cooks. These guys are cool! acceptable price. Continuous! Different blades have different bright colors to distinguish them.

We had an old set of similar knives I bought a few years ago that were ready to move to the campsite. I bought these to replace my everyday knives and I just love them! A wide range of blades for all your cutting needs, as sharp as possible and just plain beautiful. We've had these knives in our cabin for a few months now and we love them. They still look like new. They are VERY sharp! I barely touched my skin with it and got minor cuts so be careful. They cut anything very easily including strips, watermelon, bread etc and are great for chopping herbs. They didn't blunt at all. I have poor eyesight and I use colored knives which make my life easier and a knife guard means I won't cut myself by putting my hand on it while I it keep a guard on them when I'm not using them. Since the blades are clearly visible, I can also see if I haven't cleaned them properly or left dirt on them.
