why do these things only hold three blades? It's well designed for what it is. But seriously: only three blades? You should just make a huge one so you can store ten blades in it and be done with that. However, they are stackable. Functional but annoying that only three blades fit in at a time.

They are very large, about 5-6 inches wide and 3 inches high, but it seems the manufacturer has listened to customers and the bottoms closed to prevent injury. Of the three main containers for these blades, I would recommend this one the most. if you have space They fold very well and two of them hold more blades than the average person will ever use.

I have just received two of these discs and will probably buy another one when I get more discs. Since the slices are sharp, it's good to have a good spot for them so the blade doesn't get damaged and I don't rip a piece off my finger. Can't say how they will hold up as I just got them but they seem strong enough. If you're looking for child lock storage then this isn't it, but this style is perfect for me!

I bought three of these 3 drive units to replace the original cardboard storage that came with the DLC-7 Pro. Three units fit in a smaller space than the original packaging they replaced. It would be nice if Cuisinart offered three discounted packs for people who bought the Pro models.
