Makes good ice cream. Too much sugar for well thought out recipes. I halved it. The car is very noisy and I've read that before. I don't know if there are some and some are not noisy. Make sure the machine is primed BEFORE adding the mixture as it will freeze immediately and the paddle will not rotate.

I've had a hard time shopping lately. The bowl has a defective bulge at the bottom (looks like someone else posted on it) unlike the original bowl. However, it was still able to make my ice cream and I didn't realize it until I compared the bowls (I bought this as a supplement, not a replacement).
