Has been working fine for me for over a year but the top is cracked. I'm not picky about the car so I just think it's not well made. The plastic is flimsy and didn't hold up and the top part is cracked so I have to buy that part of the machine now. I use it often but for the price you would think the lid wouldn't break.

This product still had motor lag issues. The accessories are wobbly and they don't even recycle the oil non-stop. I've tried contacting Cuisinart many times only to have my call hang up or encounter excessive wait time and then hang up. However, Revain has a great returns process and I'm so grateful I ordered from them for easy returns.

The main thing that struck me is how cheaply made it is. Everything is very plastic (not sure what the word is but you know what I mean). My old man was very heavy and strong. Took many years. Only the handle of the bowl is broken, and I can't find another bowl, but I'll try. I don't have a feeling this one will last very long.
