Summary: Makes good pizzas but they are thicker and smaller than what I've made before. The press is set to a specific thickness, which unfortunately I can't change. Water vapor collects right where you open/lift the lid, that's where boiling water collects. The boiling water burned my fingers several times until I just wiped it off with a rag.
