Amazing for small batches Pizzelle's

I really like those abs. It works right out of the box to make amazing pizzas. I've made this cookie 6 of the last 8 weeks since I bought it. A few things to watch out for. It's a bit expensive for this size. You can only do 2 at a time. It looks like the brand is taking advantage of the fact that it's a niche product and charging a higher price. Cuisinart lives up to its standards

I have owned the predecessor (Cuisinart WM-PZ2) of this pizza press for many years and got this newer version (same plates, same size and patterned cookies) as a 2nd unit for my annual Christmas baking , so what can I say: 1) I've liked my original cuisinart pizza press for years - it's strong, the cookies rarely stick (sometimes with a little extra oil), the device(s) come with good recipe recommendations and mine has so far endured baking thousands of cookies - and 2) this new press seems to…

I think there are a few downsides

Summary: Makes good pizzas but they are thicker and smaller than what I've made before. The press is set to a specific thickness, which unfortunately I can't change. Water vapor collects right where you open/lift the lid, that's where boiling water collects. The boiling water burned my fingers several times until I just wiped it off with a rag. Overall, it was definitely non-stick and made delicious pizzas, but it only had a few downsides in my opinion. Great, but not what I'm used to. These…
